Stein Magnus Jodal	30dde4e593	ext: Remove old extension API As far as I know, all extensions except Mopidy-Arcam (not currently maintained) and Mopidy-VKontakte already use the new API. ext: Remove old extension API

As far as I know, all extensions except Mopidy-Arcam (not currently
